Use and maintenance of bar bending machine

Operation and attention

1. Before use, should inspect whether electric parts are with good completeness and safety, also inspect ground wire

2. Inspect whether lubricant oil in box is enough or not, lubricate every part needed lubrication

3. Before bending, must choose right tools as per rebar’s diameter.

4. After using some time (it is better after using for 1500-2000h), should change direction of working disk 180 º in order to prolong the life of machine.

5. Clients should make worktable themselves when need to bend many and long rebar.

Inspection and test run of new machine

User should inspect new machine carefully, know well its operation method. After test run, it can be put into production. The essential points for inspection and test run are as below:

1. Inspect whether the accessories are complete, the bolts each parts are fasten or not.

2. Inspect whether the wire connection of motor and electrical appliance is right and firm, and connect ground wire properly or not.

3. When test run no load, machine should run steady, without hysteretic and abnormal voice.

4. When machine is running, forbid to do any repair or take off shield, so as to avoid accident.

5.Must make sure the position needed to bend on rebar, and should keep rebar straight with working disk. If rebar is inclined,  it may skid off and hurt people. 

Maintenance and lubrication

1. Should keep the working disk tidy frequently, and use brush clean up rust and sundries of rebar after work finished, avoid affecting machine’s normal operation.

2. The centre hole of working disk should be kept clean, without rust and any other sundries in it.

3. When don’t use the machine for a long time, should wipe grease lubricant on working disk, and put it in a dry and ventilated place, so as to avoid corrosion.
